Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for all guests, we have established the following cancellation policy:



• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.
• No-shows or early departures are not eligible for refunds.
